New survey launches to drive learning on food experiences in the Vale of Glamorgan

A new survey has been launched to help organisations in the Vale better understand local food experiences.

The online survey is being accompanied by a series of engagement events held throughout March, April and May with groups across the Vale to give residents the chance to share their experiences of buying, cooking and eating well.

It is part of a new piece of research and engagement on the topic of food insecurity being led by the Food Vale partnership, with the hope that this can shape the upcoming Vale Food Strategy (in development). The results from the survey will help inform how partners can better support local communities in accessing food that promoted their health and wellbeing.

All responses will be confidential, and participants will be entered into a prize draw to be in with the chance of winning one of four hampers from Awesome Wales, the Vales first Zero waste store.

If you would like to find out more about opportunities to join one of the engagement events, get in touch.

The survey is available in English, Welsh and Ukrainian.
