Do you want to work in Catering & Hospitality? The Catering and Hospitality Academy is designed to give you the well-rounded skills required to start your career in hospitality. This course is aimed at individuals who would like to explore front-of-house and back-of-house career pathways; and who want to find work in this fast paced and diverse industry. Graduates of this course are guaranteed an interview with employers based in Cardiff and/or the Vale and will achieve two qualifications alongside a range of well-rounded skills desired by employers in the industry. Graduates will achieve:
  • A Highfields Level 2 Award in Food Safety
  • A Level 2 Award in Barista Skills
