Based in the Vale of Glamorgan, The Tipsy Kitchen provides pre-prepared home cooked meals for delivery and takeaway throughout Cardiff and the Vale.
Tea that has been grown, harvested and processed in the Vale of Glamorgan is now gracing the shelves of one of the most iconic food and drink retailers in the world – Fortnum and Mason.
Forage Farm Shop and Kitchen is situated on Penllyn Estate Farm, just off the A48 near Cowbridge. It offers customers the opportunity to buy high quality, seasonal food with an emphasis on Welsh produce.
The Food Vale Partnership has been successful in their application for funding from the Shared Prosperity Fund to carry out three distinct projects in the next financial year.
Through funding from Welsh Government, the Vale Local Nature Partnership are developing a community orchard project in urban and peri-urban areas of Cowbridge, Penarth, Llantwit Major and Barry.

The St Athan Foodshare scheme is an extension of the wider Llantwit Food Project, led by the Food Vale Partnership overseen by the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board Public Health team and delivered in collaboration with local partners, including the Vale of Glamorgan Council and Glamorgan Voluntary Services.
On 23rd November, over 60 activists, food producers, and key partners joined together at Barry Memo Arts Centre to discuss a strategy and vision for the future of food in the Vale of Glamorgan.
